These terms govern your use of kingdomsilver.com and any purchase you make from My Store. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them through.

Products and descriptions
Our pieces are handcrafted in Fusion Silver — a substantial layer of genuine silver bonded to a sturdy core. They are not solid sterling, and we describe them as silver-filled throughout the store so there is no confusion about what you are buying.
Because every piece is finished by hand, small variations in engraving, patina and finish are normal and are part of the character of the work rather than a defect.
We try to show colours and proportions accurately, but screens differ and photographs cannot fully convey the weight or shine of a piece in person. You are welcome to visit the showroom to see anything before you buy.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Sterling comparison figures shown alongside our prices are estimates of what a comparable solid sterling piece typically sells for; they are provided for context and are not an offer, a quotation, or a valuation of your item.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — including after it has been placed — where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
Orders and engraving
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it.
Engraving is made to your instructions. Please check spelling, spacing and Hebrew characters carefully before you order: once a piece has been engraved it cannot be resold, so engraved items are not returnable unless the engraving differs from what you supplied or the piece is faulty. If anything about your wording is unclear we will contact you before we begin.
Returns
Unengraved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item reaches us and has been checked. Outbound shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or wrongly supplied.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs, text and marks on this site belong to My Store and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Our pieces are ceremonial and decorative. Please keep candles, flames and hot wax attended, and keep silver away from young children. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
